Leaping

Leaping for joy is good exercise for the soul.

One of my great passions is to leap. Leaping to me is a celebration of life, a statement of gratitude for having a healthy body and being fully alive. I'm happy to leap wherever, but my favourite location is somewhere beautiful, far away from it all, deep in nature. Russell is my great partner in crime when it comes to leaping.  Together, we like to inspire others to embrace the joy of it.

Here are some of my favourite leaps done around the world ...

More leaping

Some leaping quotes
  • When in doubt, make a fool of yourself. There is a microscopically thin line between being brilliantly creative and acting like the most gigantic idiot on earth. So what the hell, leap. Cynthia Heimel
  • There are times you need the courage to take a great leap; you can’t cross a chasm in two small jumps. David Lloyd George
  • It is today, my dear, that I take a perilous leap. Voltaire

Double trouble

Welcome Rolo

Our Cape Town family has just grown by one. Isn't Rolo cute! Rolo is a pavement special, one of 12 puppies rescued from neglect at Hout Bay Harbour. Now his prospects are looking very bright. The kids adore him of course.
