Car camping at Bents Basin

What a glorious place to camp with the most enormous waterhole I've ever seen. There was a rapid emptying into it at one end and we swam there and had great fun trying to swim up it.  A perfect weekend.

 We watched the full moon rise and then had a gorgeous swim in the tidal pool. Such a wonderful night.

Silvermine doesn't get better than this. A beautiful walk with stunning views of the dam and ocean, followed by a  heavenly swim in the dam.
