Nushi's birthday at the park

Shushann's beautiful doggie, Nushi, turned 11 so we celebrated with a get-together at Milson's Park. Lots of throwing and chasing. Nushi still has a lot of energy for an 11 year old!

Beautiful cards and messages from family and friends

Knowing you are an early riser I am sending birthday greetings as you get up and as I go to bed. I hope you have a special day and will be celebrating in some way with friends. I also hope it’s the beginning of a wonderful new year filled with loving friends, happy times and a trip to Cape Town before you reach the next birthday. Much love from us both. Mum & Mike,  Xxx

Happy Birthday Graeme

I know many people from all walks of life and

You are one in a million.

You lead from your heart

You still have that pure innocent wonder of a child

You originate and create

You really care: Mackie, Jilly, Sue, your dear grand dad Yogi and all of us, your family of friends

Nature is your playground and fun and adventure are you fuel.

Like the name of that TV show.

Thank God you are here to enrich all our lives.

Love you mate.

Chris

A chance to say another farewell to dear Jilly.  A very peaceful place.

Frenchy's Cafe for lunch

One of my favourite cafes in Sydney. I had Eggs Benedict and Xenia treated us all to dessert (crepe and raspberry tart). All delicious. We went at 11 and ended staying until late in the afternoon. There was also time for a little walk with great views of Middle Harbour.

My favourite alive doggie in the world (apart from Jason!)

This is Anoush, Shushann's dog. We have a beautiful bond. Every time I see her, she bursts with excitement. She is a real sweetheart.

Dee Why to Collaroy with the girls

We meant to walk from Dee Why to Manly but their was an organised walk on the go and hundreds of others on the path. So we left the path and walked to Collaroy instead. Much more peaceful and very scenic too.

Coogee for a stroll and swim with Shushann and Lydia

Always lovely to visit Shushann.  The hot weather was cooling down but we still decided to go for a swim which was invigorating.  After a while, impressive storm clouds appeared on the horizon. Stunning they were.

An invigorating swim

A walk from Newport Beach to Whale Beach with Sharon, Elwin, Lydia, Shushann and Anush

A beautiful walk that I'd never done before on a gorgeous sunny day after all the rain with some of my favourite people in the world.  A lovely existential discussion with Elwin at lunch and delicious grilled barramundi.  I finished the walk with an invigorating swim on Whale Beach. As Sharon says so beautifully "Life is good!"
