• Everything is perfect.  Innate perfection in every single thing. 
• Love is all that's real. All else is a lie.

• Love it all. Hate nothing. Love what is.
• Approval / disapproval is just someone's story (opinion.) Not worth anything as not certain of it.
• My job is to to approve of myself, not seek approval or love externally.
• I am breathed. I am thought.
• Don't take anything personally. Their projections.
• Whose business is this? Mine? Hers? Gods?
• Conscious of psychic energy drain (energy parasites) - track energy
• Plan ahead as much as I review past. Plan trips like military operation.
• It's all about raising my state of consciousness. Ladder of consciousness.
• The power of intention.  Set intention. That's all I really have control over.
