London to Cape Town the long way round

Flew to Cape Town on Quatar Airlines. Very good with excellent service, great staff and 25 on demand movies to choose from - just as well becasue the trip took 23 hours though Doha and Johannesburg. My luggage was 16 kg's overweight so I ended up putting it into shopping bags and lugging it as hand luggage - not to be recommended! My back still feels a bit stiff!
